As a citizen of the United States of America, and running for the President of the United States of America; here are the areas and the following topics of discussions I have analyzed, evaluated and spent some of my dedicate hours to make sure, that the nation is aware of the following through internet, public forums/discussions and other public media.

Space Exploration: With innovation and creativity surrounding the structures of our space crafts, airliners, dream liners, military space crafts, we continue to receive positive and very satisfactory remarks from our combats mission troops, pilots, officers and intelligence agents flying and using these air vehicles in and out each trip they make, performing their duties. Such maneuvers during combat missions has received criticisms during rages where there have been casualties or in case of missing individuals. I would make sure that, our troops are enforced to use sophisticated guidance devices to eliminate such casualties in the future. Based on studies, findings  and feedback from our readers | viewers | listeners | audiences around the world, we as professionals can only opt to do our best while conducting, performing and executing space exploration laid forth by space experts and scientists.

Health: When it comes to health, evaluation of basic health coverage for all. Consideration of both occidental (oriental) and conventional health plan options would be enforced. Loan Servicers Must Assist Borrowers

After the borrower requests a loan modification or other loss mitigation option, the loan servicer must:

• try to obtain documents and information from the borrower to complete a loss mitigation application
• give the borrower a reasonable amount of time to provide the required documents
• after receiving a complete application, evaluate the borrower for all available loss mitigation options before referring the loan to an attorney for foreclosure
• after reviewing the loss mitigation application, timely offer the borrower a loan modification if eligible or, if not, timely offer the borrower any other loss mitigation option for which the borrower is eligible, and
• comply with any applicable appeal period and procedures for the specific loss mitigation option. (Minn. Stat. § 582.043).

Education: America is a great nation and has continuously strive high to meet and exceed its goals. When it comes to providing free education for it’s citizens here and abroad we have played a positive role to support scholars by providing emergent schools and gifted and talented programs to enrich and improve our educational standards here and abroad. The roads have been laid by our fore fathers from generation to generation, traveling from colonized nation across the world to ensure positive diplomacy while maintaining the goals of National Security. Involvement of our veterans, active and present government officials and private and public agents across the board to act responsibly, alerting our service men and women when it comes to arbitration against our motto and goals of not providing free education.

Voting: Using the Electoral College voting system which is the standard of the United States voting system, it has proven to be more effective because both rural and urban cities are represented equally. Delegates and representatives are identified proportionately throughout these locations, areas and the entire nation. Their votes represent the decisions of our citizens, people, constituents, communities, corporations, companies, colleges, universities and schools also encouraging everyone to vote for their candidate.

As stated by the United States 1st Amendment – “It guarantees freedom concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual’s religious practices. It guarantees freedom of expression by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press or the rights of individuals to speak freely. It also guarantees the right of citizens to assemble peaceably and to petition their government.”

1. Better decisions emerges when diverse perspectives are intentionally included in a collaborative process, and everyone benefits when cultural and regional differences are represented and acknowledged.
2. An electoral college method of voting which represents winner-take-all method has continuously prevail, representing the voice of minorities and diverse groups.
3. The electoral college voting system will continue to enrich our country, the United States of America and its citizens to stabilize emerging differences.

The “Right to Vote” is a major topic among scholars when it comes to who gets to vote. Citizens may debate why special groups do or don’t vote in Democratic countries around the world. Communication: The current government have worked effectively with contentions, partnering with corporations providing wireless, free access to the internet services through telecommunication and usage of their apps. Other multi media internet servicing corporations like google, Netflix, Skype, Facebook are providing similar services making sure that their pricing is kept to a minimum while reaping profitability of their products are realized by the corporations and share owners. Connectivity via portable and wireless devices such as computers, ipads, iphones etc, enabling clarity and distinct transmissions between evolve parties has improve our national, international markets and intelligence during disasters, disastrous, alert situations as well as doing business regularly.

The new government will continue in this same footsteps, making sure that, during the implementations of leasing equipment, the duration of these contracts are extended base on their official standards of high performance, reliability and tractability of issues immediately it arises.

Foreign Relations: Not to mention the least, I would not be standing here if not of our central intelligence, scholars and intellectual agents aiding us with the guidance to have open communications with world super powers and our competitors. Transportation: I would make sure that my government see into it that we continue to pave the path where the current government have left off, by minimizing issues surrounding allocation of caterpillars and heavy equipment during constructions, restructuring for identified building projects.

Most of our public services requires transportation not to mention our school systems and transportation to and fro from specialty outfits such as health clubs, community centers, bus parking lots and recreation retreats for the elderly; so we cannot fail our citizens who have rely on these services, but by only to provide the best services as possible.

With newly developed estates popping up in nearby and distant locations to some of these services, mobility services should be prime in partnership to these developed estates and would be our continuous responsibility if needed, as we move forward.

Community Development: Our goal is to develop estates comprises of offices, industries, housing facilities, schools, universities and shopping plazas including malls. The necessity, essential and readiness before such projects takes place must be well defined and documented, making sure that there should be a need for such endeavors before investing time and money towards sure approach. Officials, senates, representatives and committee members responsible for such decision would work with the locals and majority of the party to make sure that those needs are resolved.

Political / Social Science: I can only be proud of our fellow men and women who have dedicated their studies in foreign and social sciences including myself. Learning foreign languages and trade factors have made great impart to mitigate and stabilize crowds during rioting and rescue efforts globally and nationwide. Contributing in working as a group, during packaging efforts, relocation and translating have proven to be more productive and powerful to are success. The peering of families in distant location has aid to reduce the burden of misunderstanding during political unrest (a state of dissatisfaction, disturbance, and agitation in a group of people, typically involving public demonstrations or disorder) internally or with other nations. Misunderstanding caused by Super Powers are unavoidable and during these periods talks are held between the dispute parties. I will make sure my government and CIA are prepared and comfortable to meet with these parties.

Its’ always prudent for the United States Agencies to understand the issues | categories | classify | sizing the projects | site visiting; before meeting with senior officials. Attending global meetings can only be a plus towards negotiations and setting resolutions to the identified issues.

Leadership / Services / Values: Our responsibilities are to provide very satisfactory leadership and values when performing define services. In order to meet up with our due diligent and respect for all, issues and tasks should be well stated, sized, and allocation for resource management to such projects should be identified including planning, sponsors and officers, in order to accomplish the undertaken endeavors set forth.
