The following are the steps that I personally took to shed the extra weight that I was carrying, therefore they’re tested and they really work. Try them for your weight lose journey.
At the end I’ll give you a summary of how i combined them in a day to day basis. Let’s go:
1. Stop taking sugar
According to MedicalNewsToday “A significant risk of consuming excess dietary sugar is weight gain. In most cases, sugary foods and drinks are high in calories. Consuming too many of these products will lead to weight gain, even with regular exercise. There is strong evidence showing that excess dietary sugar is a cause of weight gain.”
2. Stop using vegetable oils
Vegetable oils are rich in polyunsaturated fats that our body is not meant to consume. They cause mutations in the cells and clog the arteries. If unhealthy fats enter the skin, they can also contribute to skin cancer. Instead, use butter for cooking needs.
3. Intermittent fasting
The body will burn fat in fat cells for energy and utilize sugar in blood and stored sugars in liver for energy purposes.
4. Exercises
This helps burn excess calories in the body.
In summary, stop taking processed foods that are cooked in oil and contain added sugar. You should also adding sugar to your foods and drinks.
Upon waking up, do some resistance training exercises (for short period) and proceed through the day without eating anything until afternoon when you can get your first meal of the day. Ensure whatever your eating is real/clean food.
Doing this makes you lose weight effortlessly.
